Founded in 2001, Brain Computing is a leading Italian digital technology company specializing in software development and web communication. Pioneering the Fully Liquid Enterprise model, it operates entirely remotely.
The Challenge
When I joined the company, the website development process was unclear and slow, with no separate work environment from the client’s server. This delayed project starts and made it hard to quickly deliver. Another challenge was delivering high-quality websites quickly with fast performance, strong SEO, and no bugs.
How I made the difference
To address these problems, I implemented Local WP for development while system administrators prepared the server environment. I also developed BrainPress: a custom, optimized WordPress blueprint with pre-installed plugins, performance improvements, and SEO configurations. This allowed junior employees to effectively bypass technical difficulties and focus on website creation.
This solution enabled the company to enhance project quality, reduce delivery times by saving 3 to 5 workdays, and boost profit margins. Making us more competitive in the market.
